  1.  Nature of Our Products
  • All our candles are hand-poured, eco-friendly, and made from 100% vegan soy wax.
  • Fragrance oils are IFRA certified and skin-safe, but we recommend caution if you have sensitivities.
  • Every candle is individually crafted, so slight variations in color, texture, or scent strength may occur — this is a mark of authenticity.

2. Product Customization & Made-to-Order

  • Many of our products are made to order for freshness and quality.
  • Custom designs, gift sets, or bulk orders (corporate gifting, events) require advance booking and may not be cancelled once confirmed.
  • Color and scent preferences for custom orders must be finalized before production.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept payment via Razorpay, supporting UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
  • Your order is confirmed only after full payment is received.

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email/SMS will be sent.
  • Processing time for handmade candles is typically 2–4 business days.
  • You will be notified once the order is shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India via Shiprocket.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).
  • Tracking information is sent by email or SMS once the order is shipped.
  • Delish Aroma is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or public holidays.

6. Returns & Refund Policy


Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns.

However, we will offer:

  • Replacement or refund if your product arrives damaged, provided:
  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You provide photo or video proof
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order, provided the product has not entered production or shipping.
  • Custom orders or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

8. Product Usage & Safety

  • Keep candles away from flammable materials, children, and pets.
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Follow usage instructions provided on product labels and our Candle Care Guide.

All content on www.delisharoma.in, including product images, logos, candle designs, content, and graphics, is the property of DeLish Aroma and is protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited.
